The Bluffton Family YMCA located in Lima, OH is seeking Child Care Staff to join our team.

We are looking for applicants that are available to work the following shifts:

• Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 11:00am
• PAY RATE: $10.70 per hour

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Under the direction of the Executive Director, all babysitters will assist in maintaining the babysitting program ensuring the safety of all program participants, members, and co-workers by maintaining a clean, and sanitary work environment, while working towards providing a program to foster children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work with children from 6 months-11 years of age
• Child care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to attend work.
• Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Interested in contributing to the mission of the YMCA.
• CERTIFICATIONS:

Current CPR and First Aid must be obtained within 30 days of employment
