Bluffton History Day

Description

In 1897, Bluffton's first water plant opened and local firemen demonstrated the water pressure's strength by shooting water up higher than Main Street buildings. Bluffton fire department will re-enact this historic testing of the water pressure downtown at 11 a.m. Come celebrate our history and our local firefighters! Additional activities, including water-related games and antique fire engines, are being planned.
